CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - Vic
Our client is an important Electronic Company in Vic who is willing to incorporate a Customer Service Manager for its Department.
The main goal for this position is being able to lead the Customer Service Team and ensure the best customer experience that will vary depending on the client's demand.
Job description. What to do:
-Leading a team of three members
-Maintaining lasting relationships with customers through a direct communication
-Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives about a product or service issue
-Working across departments (Logistics, Production, Supply, etc.)
-Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
-Providing with better ideas and solutions for the Department to achieve better long-term procedures
-3 years of previous experience in a similar position
-Graduate Diploma in ADE or similar
-Previous experience with leadership
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Fluent in English
-Being familiar with CRM System (ERP) and Excel
-Being able to travel once in a while
