-The Concierge’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the finest personal service is delivered to residents and hotel guests while focusing on the highest quality services and values according to the specific nature of the request. The Concierge must ensure that all requests are followed up on promptly and professionally. In order to consistently exceed resident and guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
-The concierge definitely is going to be the first stop for VIP guests wanting information on the hotel and its services. More pressingly, they're going to be pumping the concierges for the inside track on local travel, entertainment, restaurants, clubs, and much more
-It's unlikely this service job gets bored. Guests will inevitably call any time during day and night to sort out some pretty interesting conundrums, anything from sourcing a pair of shoes for the night to organizing a helicopter flights for a VIP to the Island


-1 to 3 years’ experience in Rooms or related professional area within a luxury hotel
-Proven track record in high class lifestyle resort hotel
-Eu Citizen
-English and Spanish are requiered. German is a plus.
-Deep knowledge of the island
