PRONOVIAS FASHION GROUP, the biggest company in the world bridal industry is currently looking for a Sales Representative to develop northeast of Brazil (preferably located in Salvador or Recife).
Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for converting qualified sales leads into revenue generating sales by analyzing the needs and requirements of potential new customers.
Daily duties:
- Achieve set sales targets (initial & re-ordering & new accounts targets)
- Follow up on qualified leads (provided by lead generators) turning them into sales opportunities and signing up those Merchants.
- Research market trends, opportunities and competition to support sales pitch delivery
- To be involved in training and mentoring of other team members
- Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge
-Detailed Reporting of visited Customers
- Participate in special projects (as needed) and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results
Minimum requisites
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish would be a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight and often challenging deadlines
- Proven and strong Inbound / Outbound sales experience within a fast paced target orientated environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales / revenue targets
- A minimum of three years sales / business development experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus: ladies & men´s fashion and accessories, experience in bridal industry is a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products and experience using CRM (Customer Relation Management) systems would be a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication experience
