Guest Services Agent (GSA) / Bellboy (Staarting Season 2020) - Sant Josep de sa Talaia
-Guest service agents are responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to all guests, as well as serving as an “ambassador” throughout the guest’s stay. Guest service agents make the first impression of services towards the guests by extending a professional warm and charming welcome, providing necessary information about the hotel and the local area, offering the full range of the hotel amenities and services. Guest service agents are responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with other hotel departments, especially our concierge services and guest the relation team.
-GSA’s are extremely well groomed and presentable, natural and charming, very friendly and always professional, warmly.
-Previous experience in Front Office, preferably on a 5-star luxury property is desired.
-Proven track record in high class lifestyle resort hotels.
-English and Spanish are requiered. German is a plus.

-Personal charm and power to convince others.
-Driving license with a minimum of 1 year old.
