We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquartes in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Customer Service Care Consultant - French speaker to join our Contact Center Team. -Attending by telephone and via e-mail our customers.
-Advise and give consulting service about our brand and products.
-Managing store traffic, nationally and internationally.
-Providing solutions to any client´s complaints, claims or specific need.
-Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Carry out tasks and improvement actions for the whole department.


-Previous experience in Customer Service.
-Able to work in team.
-High organizational and multitasking skills.
-Positive, proactive and resolutive attitude.
-Goal driven.
-High level of empathy and communication.
-Languages: Native French and Intermediate Spanish (a third language would be a plus).
-Eligible to work in Spain.
-Willing to work 8 hours per day with flexible shifts from 9.00-20.00 (Monday to Friday/Saturday).
-Passion for Fashion.
