Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the Product Roadmap of the company
- Manage Internal Pilots and user success stories
- This involves QA of acceptance criteria.
- Design conceptual UI’s; design reports, KPIs, benchmarks.
- Product strategy for new apps, 3rd party technology integration, and possible acquisitions of other companies.
- Product marketing and corporate marketing on product positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence.
- Work with charter customers and cooperative development partners on new applications and major new feature sets.

- Bachelor of Science in of the following: mechanical, electrical or energy engineering; mathematics; economics; statistics; energy management; physics; or information technology.
- Preferred candidate will also have a degree in one of the above.
- Excellent communicator orally and written.
- Some prior background as an energy analyst or product manager for energy software.
- Prior verifiable experience as a product manager, business analyst, systems engineer, or energy analyst.
- Verifiable participation in one of the above roles for more than one entire major software release cycle over a minimum 4-year period.
- Experience in an energy-related career position.
- Prior background in enterprise software or other commercial software offering.
- Prior background working for a SaaS company.
- Experience with 1 or more of these: BI platforms, License Mgmt software, Building Mgmt Systems, Commissioning, Regression modeling.
