Our Customer Service department is located on the beautiful Costa Brava (Torroella de Montgrí) and serves many destinations throughout the world.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will bring several years of experience in managing people in online retail and/or the travel industry and have a proven track record of inspiring high achievement among talented staff.
Duties / Responsibilities:
-Responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and support of our 24/7/365 Customer Service team
-Team mentoring and orientation, helping people who might need guidance for their own career development, enhancing strengths and improving their job skills, teaching Customer Service Executives to use their skills effectively.
-Prioritising workload for the team and ensuring all work is completed on time
-Overseeing the quality of written and verbal responses by the team
-Responsibility for the recruitment of Customer Service Executives
-Development and delivery of training
-Management of holidays and complex shift scheduling
-Dealing with complex issues or complaints escalated by members of the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
-Leading by example when performing regular Customer Service duties
Our office is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Customer Service Supervisor share rotating Day/Afternoon/Evening shifts.
- Five 8-hour shifts with two days off per week

-2 years experience in a supervisor role or similar position.
-Proficiency in English & Spanish. Advanced level in a third language an advantage
-Ability to prioritise workload and delegate
-Ability to inspire and act as a role model contributing to the team effort as a whole.
-Strong telephone negotiation skills and ability to understand, summarise and simplify situations.
-Well-organised, self-starter, fast learner and hands-on attitude
-Excellent communication (active listening) and problem solving skills
-Friendly, patient, empathetic and customer-oriented attitude.
-Enjoys adrenaline and working under pressure
