The Job:
For our customer we are searching for a Business Unit Manager for United Kingdom (UK), with profound experiences in the automobile industry, mainly in UK (5-10 years), excellence sales skills and leadership experience.
In this position you are responsible for the budget and direct reporting to the German headquarter.
You are responsible for the development and the establishment of the business in UK:
-Technical and functional support of the sales team:
-Acquisition of new customers
-Expansion relationship of existing (long-time) customer (for example automotive manufactures OEM and international suppliers)
-Leadership of the team of engineers and technicians, responsible for recruiting and HR development
-Strategically decisions concerning the positioning in the market, inclusive the development of draughts and strategies to the market penetration of your unit.
-You are responsible to reach the economic goals of the business unit in close continuous cooperation with your commercial director
-You will be located in Liverpool.

- Engineering degree or business management education (e.g. mechanical engineering)
- 5+ years of experiences with the automotive industry in UK
- Profound experience in technical and functional project management
- Profound experience in business management of a project or a business unit
- Profound experience in professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of employees
- Business fluent in English, German
- Very good communication skills, flexibility, motivation, initiative and self-confidence 
- Willing to travel
- High temporal local and mental flexibility, customer-oriented and results-oriented action, hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and leadership skills
