We’re seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join a Service Desk team for one of our prestigious customers.

Our Global Service Desk, based in the city centre of Barcelona, employs over 700 people from across the world. We’ve become Europe’s leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services by being open, upfront and straightforward. You’ll know exactly what’s expected of you, managers will be accessible when you need training and support, your voice will be heard and we’ll take a genuine interest in how you want to develop.
The standard scope of this role includes:
-24x7 Service Desk support for multiple customers;
-Receiving calls, Self-service tickets, e-mails, chats with IT problems;
-Carrying out Level 1 troubleshooting;
-Assigning tickets to resolver groups;
-Keeping the customer updated regarding the progress of their case;
-Scheduling on-site interventions;
-Possibly performing additional Request/Access management tasks.

-Salary in line with market standards: 18.309 euros gross/year (for full-time position) + fully paid training period.
-Full-time job (36hrs/week) or Part-time (24hrs/week)
-Performance bonus (based on individual results towards performance indicators and quality scoring);

RequirementsTo be Fluent in English and French
Good level of Spanish is an advantage
Availability to work intensive and night shifts
Availability to do rotating 24x7 shift (average 4 days off per week)
