We're looking for a team member to join our small and friendly team at within Computacenter in Barcelona.

Your role
To be part of a friendly team responsible for finding practical solutions related to IT.
Manage incoming contacts via different contact methods only Business to Business and no sales involved.
Understand the user's business challenges by adapting excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will know exactly what's expected of you as your manager takes a genuine interest in your performance and comfort at work.

36hrs/ week - 24/7 rotating shift from Monday to Sunday, due to the 24/7 rotating shifts you have the benefit to have periods with longer time off in a row between shifts.

Fluent in French, English and Spanish is required.
Availability to work Intensive and night shifts is required
